What exactly does the QuickScan check?
The QuickScan checks the external assets you provide — website configuration, email authentication, and credential exposure indicators — and summarizes the biggest risks in plain English.
Is this a penetration test?
No. It's a point-in-time external exposure review with risk scoring and prioritization. The Deep Security Assessment goes further, but it is not a penetration test either.
Do you need passwords or access to our systems?
No passwords or internal access are required — ever. We review only what's externally visible on the assets you authorize.
Who is the report written for?
The business owner. The executive summary is jargon-free; a separate technical appendix gives your IT provider everything they need.
How do fixes get done?
The optional $299 Guided Fix Playbook gives your team or IT provider step-by-step, prioritized instructions for each finding. The QuickScan and Deep Assessment are standalone; the Playbook is the optional add-on.
Do you work with healthcare organizations?
No — organizations governed by HIPAA/HITECH aren't supported. Those environments need specialized compliance workflows, and we're happy to point you toward what to look for in a HIPAA-focused provider.
